Why study Cognitive Neuroscience at Radboud University?

Nijmegen is one of the foremost centres of cognitive neuroscience in the world. Hundreds of scientists from various faculties and top institutes have joined forces on the Radboud University campus, which is host to world-class research institutes such as the Donder's Institute, the Radboud University Medical Center and the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics.

The Radboud campus also hosts a large array of the start of the art facilities, including labs with fMRI, MEG, EEG and eye-tracking equipment, which are open for you to use in conducting your own research.

At Radboud, you will benefit from the shared expertise of the faculty and researchers. You will be able to make connections, and use Radboud's extensive international network to prepare yourself for research during and after your programme. About 80-90% of our graduates take on a PhD project in Nijmegen or elsewhere. Others find jobs in the commercial sector or in research institutes.

The programme also has its own, student-driven, scientific journal; based on the Stanford Exchange: Proceeding of the Master’s Programme Cognitive Neuroscience.
